Step 1

Your Data, Your Coach

When you onboard, you share your goals, fitness level, medical history, dietary preferences, and schedule. Every day, your food logs, exercise sessions, water intake, and chat conversations feed Milo more context.

Personalisation Engine

Milo doesn't use a one-size-fits-all template. Every plan is generated from scratch based on your unique profile. Plans adapt every 2 weeks based on your progress, adherence, and feedback.

Safety First

Before generating any plan, Milo runs a three-tier eligibility screening. Medical conditions, medications, injuries, and risk factors are all checked. Safety guardrails are built into every AI response.

  • Green — proceed with full coaching capabilities
  • Yellow — coaching with additional cautions and modified recommendations
  • Red — service not appropriate, referral to healthcare professional
  • Every AI response is checked against safety rules before being sent to you

Evidence-Based Approach

Milo's coaching methodology is grounded in established exercise science and nutritional principles. No fads, no miracle cures — just proven fundamentals applied to your unique situation.

Honesty

What Milo Cannot Do

Transparency matters. Here's what Milo is NOT and what it cannot do. We believe you should understand the boundaries of any AI system you interact with.

  • Not a doctor — Milo cannot diagnose medical conditions or prescribe treatment
  • Not infallible — AI may occasionally generate inaccurate suggestions
  • Not for emergencies — if you feel unwell, contact NHS 111 or call 999
  • Not a therapist — Milo is not equipped to provide mental health treatment
Your Privacy

Your Data is Protected

Your health data is encrypted, stored in UK data centres, and never sold to anyone. We follow UK GDPR requirements for handling special category health data.

  • Encrypted in transit (TLS 1.2+) and at rest (AES-256)
  • Primary data storage in Azure UK South data centre
  • Never sold to advertisers or third parties
  • Full data export and deletion available at any time
